More about the living room: 25m2. With 2 large windows that go to the street in semi-pedestrian area. Colour 27\" TV. 1 4 seater sofa. and 2 arm chairs, modern style. and if need more chairs there are chairs in the kitchen . 3 side tables for putting drinks on.

CONDITIONS

Building age: Facade to street is fully renovated. The large courtyard of the building has lovely arches and features, awaiting renovation. Courtyard is in good condition, just needs painting...has a lot of charm. By having connection to the street and the courtyard... through-ventilation is provided. This is an advantage over 3/4 of the classic apartments which only have courtyard access and a brick wall at the back of the apartment, those apartments have no through ventilation.
Apartment age: 2005. Furniture new in 2007.
Noise: Quiet

SERVICES

LOCATION

Transport: Kelvin Ter metro, on blue line. This is the line for going to the airport. Bus 15 goes thru the city centre. 2 tram lines, one goes along the bank of the Danube.
Transfer from airport to apartment, 20-25 Euros, max of 5 or 6 guests, depends on how many suitcases.
Close to the main city market. Liberation Bridge, the Hungarian National Museum and the Applied Arts Centre (all are "must sees"). Can walk to Gellert baths, just on the other side of Liberation Bridge.
Vatci utca is a short walk away, starts opposite the main city market.

Good connections to other areas of the city using the riverside tram number 2 (a stop at the market and 1 stop a bit closer) which I highly recommend as a tourist trip, this tram goes all the way up past the Parlament building and ends at the bridge by Margarit Island.

The trams 4 and 6 are also available from the next bridge to the south. These go up to the top part of city centre but in a half circle.
And there is the very close metro station at Kelvin Ter, on the blue line.

In Matyas Utca street, near the junction with Raday utca. 80 metres from the Raday zone with its restaurants, close to the main city food market, the National Museum of Hungary, the Applied Arts Museum, the Danube.......

Comment: Apartment is as promissed, no surprises! Clean, spacious, all you need for a city trip to Budapest and perfectly located in the city centre! I would recommend it to anyone!

Also very much appreciated was the practical information provided by the owner (addresses, shopping, restaurants, bars, clubs, public tranport, ...).

Comment: An excellent apartment! Incredible quality/price relationship.
Full equiped kitchen, nice bath and ironing and washing machine included. The apartment is even nicer than the photos. Great location. Ideal for 7 people. Very nice relationship with the owner and the check in person.

Comment: The appartment looked exactly like the pictures and was in good shape. It was a 5 minutes walk to the market and Vaci Utca(Tourist street).
Outside to the right was Raday Utca. A resturant and bar street.
Tibor the key holder was friendly and to a lot of help.
A perfect stay.

P.s Utca means street and sounds like Utza.
