The apartment is in the upper part of our family house surrounded a big garden where old leyland cypresses and silver pines grow, in the IV district of Budapest, near the Danube on the Pest side. District 4, located on the Pest side of the Danube, is currently undergoing a massive regeneration project, with many new housing units under construction and many exciting facilities aimed at District IV’s residents. The district is situated close to the Danube in a very nice green area and is well connected to the centre which can be reached by metro in 25 minutes ( Újpest Városközpont metro station) or by car (15 minutes). The area includes many facilities such as the TESCO hipermarket and the large Duna Plaza shopping centre which also has a multiplex cinema inside.
