The apartment is pretty new (walls and furnishing), on the first floor of a newest building (built in 2007), with balcony and garage. It is bright, modern, snug, lovely, fully furnished and with much taste.

Apartment Price Comments Price comments: In the prices everything is included (final cleaning, electricity, taxes).
On the arrival the client will be asked to leave 100,00 euro cash as a deposit that he will get back on the way out: on the check-out we will check that the flat has been left in the same conditions as we delivered to, with no damages or things missing.
Check-in is possible at any moment of the day time from 12:00 to 21:00 on appointment.
For late arrivals (after 21:00) there is an extra fee of 15,00 euro.
Check-out not later than 10:00 (anyway if on the same or the next day there are no arrivals, because we have to clean the apartment, the client can also leave by 18:00 paying an extra fee Apartment Price Comments
