Last Comment If I really have to find negative points I would suggest the owner to add a small curtain to the apartment door, to cover the small glass, which lets neighbours see inside. That's an easy fix and I think worth doing. The building, as almost always in Budapest, has seen better times and needs some renovation (but I know it does not depend on the owner only). All the rest is just perfect. The apartment is spotless and fully furnished and the number and variety of appliances is over the average, compared to other apartments. The living room is big and there is quote good light. They even left me a laptop to use the wireless internet. The location is really, really central, 10 minutes walk from Deak Ferenc Ter where I got the shuttle to the airport. I would recommend it to my friends.

Budapest Apartment TOSCANA TERRACE

Last Comment The reason I gave 4 instead of 5 is that the location, although central, is not on a very nice street. The area is under development and the future seems bright, with some very nice new buildings on the way (including this one), but at present the Lenhossék street is still a bit dirty and messy. I did not explore the surroundings, so it may well be that I missed nice areas as the famous Raday street with its restaurants. On the other end we are in Budapest where even the most central and nicest apartments normally share creepy entrances and stairs. This one is brand new and from the moment you are inside the building it's all perfect. The apartment itself if beautiful with even a huuuuge terrace (must be great in summer) and all you need and more. I suspect the bathroom floor is heated as I saw no heaters and it was warm. There's also a lot of light, it's very silent (no street or neighbours noise) and you can easily feel at home.
