Last Comment Manager Renata was great. She was on the spot to help with any problem - although not many. Didn't have a toaster, so she got one for us. We had problems with internet connections, so she got it fixed (actually a new service was installed for us). She was also helpful in getting us oriented to the location, where to find groceries, tram tickets, etc. One thing you should note in promoting the apartment is that there is a really wonderful, large park just a block away with beautiful walkways and a great view over the city. There is also a really nice and affordable restaurant just up the street about halfway. Czech food. You will enjoy staying here. The only drawback was that the windows were low on the sidewalk (basement level, really), so we couldn't keep the curtains open for fresh air.
