Last Comment Visited and stayed one night on 02/11/2009. The apartment is spacious,totally renovated and comfortable, very clean and has all necessary stuff for short as well as longer stay. It can accomodate up to 6 people, but mostly comfortable would be for 4-5. The only heating is with air-conditionier, so it is good advantage in the autumn or spring when the centralized heating is not turned-on yet or already turned-off in the city. The bathroom has a big jacuzzi style bath-tub, just there was a small problem with water heating, so water was tepid. Area very silent, no traffic, all windows face courtyard. It takes ~30 min walk to the bus station, itinerary is very direct and simple to find. There are code gate to courtyard and code door to stairwell, so the apartment is secured well.

Last Comment The apartment was beautiful, cozy and close to supermarkets. We especially loved the large windows and the layout of the apartment - having one bed in the living room worked perfectly for our toddler son. The internet connection was fast and we were very satisfied with the well equipped kitchen and the washing machine. We met the owner outside the apartment and the handover of the keys was easy and quick. Would highly recommend this apartment.
