We stayed in this little nice apartment during renovation works so we got a good discount.
It was really good, especially due to the location!
I lived in Krakow in 1998 and I always dreamt of staying in Grodzka, the Royal road which links the old town square and Wavel Castle.
It must have been magnificent.
Today it's still nice but it's a tourist river with a more kebab shops than churches and the occasional (tourist) horse chart.
The last real, pure resident in that street must have left in 1989 with tram 4 going to Nowa Huta or something.
But it does not really get more central than this. Just walk down the street and you are in the beautiful Rynek (the old town square).

Mind, the apartment is not exactly on Grodzka, but some 20 metres on a side street (but really, who cares?).

A few details:
- the bathroom has no key. I guess it won't be a problem as if two people sleep on the same bed they don't need to look the bathroom. Right? :)
- Wifi in the room is weak, at times non existent (tested with MacBook Air 11'' and iPad). The good signal is in the kitchen but it's not so comfortable to sit there for too long. So I would not call this a "business" (or Facebook) apartment. It's rather for couples who have something better to do rather than spend time online.
- The kitchen table and chairs are for light meals, not so spacious.
- Missing cloth for the table and cooking. There was a sponge. Small detail but nevertheless, it can be improved Joanna :)

Other than that…great. All the apartments in the building are for tourist or longer terms business people, so no old lay giving you the cold stare while you come back from a day of fun while she had to live a hard life under the Socialist. That kind of stuff still happens and it's scary!!

Nice one, I'd love to come back.
