It is a very attractive, newly renovated, fully-furnished, 60 square meter, 1-bedroom apartment with free Wi-Fi Internet connection, on the corner of Dohany utca and Sip utca, only 1 minute from Astoria. The flat is on the 3rd floor of a quiet building with a view to the court yard. It has a great location as everything is nearby (shops, banks, cafés, restaurants, pubs etc) and you can walk to every place from there. Within a short walking distance to the very centre (Vaci utca, Danube, Deak ter...) and a few minutes walk to public transport (Metro 1, 2, 3, Bus 7, Trolley 74, etc.).

| Comment: | If I really have to find negative points I would suggest the owner to add a small curtain to the apartment door, to cover the small glass, which lets neighbours see inside. That's an easy fix and I think worth doing. The building, as almost always in Budapest, has seen better times and needs some renovation (but I know it does not depend on the owner only). All the rest is just perfect. The apartment is spotless and fully furnished and the number and variety of appliances is over the average, compared to other apartments. The living room is big and there is quote good light. They even left me a laptop to use the wireless internet. The location is really, really central, 10 minutes walk from Deak Ferenc Ter where I got the shuttle to the airport. I would recommend it to my friends. |
