| Comment: | (This is the owner's reply to the rating: The client arrived in our hotel, made a check-in, liked the flat, accept it, and payed it, without say anything. They have 24/24h a reception at disposal, my telephone number, 3 cleaning ladies, a taxi driver, and the londiner for the check in, who care about the clients. Nobody of them got any call,or heard something from the guest. If there is something wrong in a flat,I think I have the power, or the availability of too many workers that can fix any trouble. At the check out, the client gave back the key,at the reception, without any comment,again, and without any problem, waiting for the minibus transfer. Therefore,1 of the 2 satellite decoder (value 90 euro) disappeared from the flat, after the departure of this client. I'm very disappointed with this client. Marino) |
