The hotel is situated in a well known residential part of Royal Vineyards - it is very good adress. The architecture is varied, you can admire buildings of different styles, mainly Neo-Renaissance, Neo-Gothic, Pseudo Baroque and Art Nouveau.
There are lots of green areas around (Havlickovy sady Park, Riegers gardens).
Beautiful church of St.Ludmila on namesti Miru is icon of Royal Vineyards.
It is chill-out zone with lots of caf�s, restaurants with czech and international cuisines, pizzerias, beer gardens open from spring till warm autumn.

Bakery opposite, tea room right next to it, on the main street round the corner is a grocery, also butcher, second hand, photolab, laundry
