Comment:	Manager Renata was great. She was on the spot to help with any problem - although not many. Didn't have a toaster, so she got one for us. We had problems with internet connections, so she got it fixed (actually a new service was installed for us). She was also helpful in getting us oriented to the location, where to find groceries, tram tickets, etc. One thing you should note in promoting the apartment is that there is a really wonderful, large park just a block away with beautiful walkways and a great view over the city. There is also a really nice and affordable restaurant just up the street about halfway. Czech food. You will enjoy staying here. The only drawback was that the windows were low on the sidewalk (basement level, really), so we couldn't keep the curtains open for fresh air.

Comment:	Appartamento molto comodo e pratico: facilile raggiungere il tram (200 m) e la metro A.. si è in centro in pochissimo tempo. Renata, la proprietaria, è una donna molto amichevole, disponibile e GENTILE. Ovviamente sarà lei il mio futuro riferimento per questa bella città.

Comment:	We adored this apartment – it is far enough out of the general bustle of the city to be interesting, and the local shops are affordable and friendly. The metro station is nearby, as are busier touristy areas, but they don't intrude on the peaceful atmosphere. The owner was kind and helpful, the apartment was clean, well-equipped and spacious. Having travelled across Europe, it is without doubt the nicest apartment we stayed in. Full marks!

Comment:	We really enjoy the appartment. Very big, comfortable, excellent bathroom and kitchen where nothing lacks and you con see that Renata takes care of details. Very calm and quiet place, and very well conected to all the rest of the city. We sure reccomend it.

Comment:	We were very satisfied with our stay. we were met by a friendly guy who checked us in and walked us to show us the tram stop and shop, which we found very kind. after that, we were left to enjoy our stay, but we knew how to reach him as he gave us his number. the apartment was basic, but very clean and comfortable. fresh sheets and towels on the bed, brand new bathroom and comfy beds. plenty of cutlery etc, but no washing machine or cable tv.. when i return to prague i will try to book the same place because it was just what i wanted. it was a little way from attractions, but we enjoyed finding our way about. it was in a friendly area. overall an easy 4 out of 5.
