Apartment Central Classic 3-bedroom
A new freshly renovated 3-bedroom apartment is conveniently situated at the heart of the City (Narva maantee 6), a few minutes walk from the most popular part of Old Town; major shopping centre Viru is nearby, all the best nightclubs are within walking distance. The apartment is on the 2nd floor with elevator. Several cafes are situated on the first floor in the same building.
Two bedrooms are both equipped with 3 single twin beds which can easily be converted into double beds and the third bedroom has 1 double bed. Total set of beds can range from 6 single beds + 1 double bed to 2 single beds + 3 double beds. There are a total of 8 sleeping places + sofa-bed in the living room. Please inform us in advance as to which bed configuration you require. All three bedrooms are air-conditioned.
The apartment has 2 bathrooms, both with WC and shower which makes it especially comfortable for big groups.
The open living room has fully equipped kitchen, dining-table with chairs, sofa, stereo set and big LCD with digital-TV.
Free long-term car parking in the closed yard is provided for the whole period of stay.
Free wireless and LAN internet connection is available in the apartment.

Price comments: Price comments: Prices valid for stay min. 2 nights. Price for 1 night stay is higher 100%. Extra sofa bed in living room cost 15 EUR. Prices include: change of linen once a week, change of towels once every 3 days, full cleaning after departure, water and electricity, cable TV, internet. The discount no valid for New Year from 23.12 to 10.01. Cancellation policy: If reservation is cancelled at least 7 days before arrival, no penalty will be charged an we will return you the deposit. But in case of reservation cancellation later than 7 days prior to arrival, the deposit will not be returned.

| Comment: | We had an excellent stay. The apartment was spotlessly clean, modern & well equipped. It is only about 10 minutes walk from town & is close to supermarkets. The owner answered queries quickly & efficiently. The owner arranged our taxi to & from the airport which was great. We would all very much recommend the appartment without hesitation. |

| Comment: | We couldn't have wished for a better apartment. It was ideally situated, just a 5 min walk from the old town. The apartment was clean and had all the information and equipment we required. If we were ever to return to Tallinn, we would definately book these apartments again |

| Comment: | It was already our 2nd stay on this apartment and we really enjoyed it again. Awesome location and stylish apartment. Only 3/5 for bathroom, because this time there was a problem with plumbing in the other bathroom. Anyhow this apartment offers great value for your money! |

| Comment: | Probably the best apartment we've rented anywhere in the world. Huge apartment, very clean and comfortable. Very central, only a couple of minutes leisurely stroll to the centre of the old town. Feliks, our contact, was very friendly and helpful. He gave us all the information we needed to make the most of our weekend. |
