It is lovely modern open lay-out 2-bedroom apartment 83m2. The apartment has big windows and high ceiling. Excellent view on the Old Town! The open living room has fully equipped kitchen, dining-table with 4 chairs, comfortable soft furniture and big plasma display with cable-TV. The cooking corner is equipped with refrigerator and gas cooker. One bedroom have 3 single beds and second bedroom have 3 single beds. Four single beds that can be stacked as two double beds. Extra bed can be added for extra fee 15 Euro per night. The apartment is set by large bath with hand shower (the bathtub is equipped with shower head with long pipe, although there is nowhere to mount it on top). The windows are facing the street, so sometimes street noise might be an issue. Hot water, linens and towels, free WIFI internet access and big plasma display with cable-TV, hair-drier, fan, smoothing-iron and ironing board are all at your service to make you stay as comfortable as possible. Please note there now is not a washing machine. This apartment is suitable for 6/7 persons. It is NON-smoking apartment.

| Comment: | The apartment is in a fantastic location situated in the beautiful old town. The facilities were very good. I visited with my brother and 3 cousins, we all had an amazing time. Tallinn is a great place. |

| Comment: | A lovely flat in a prime location right in the centre of Old Town. We went in the 2012 cold snap where temps went as low as -30 but the flat was very warm and also very quiet. The service from the driver was great and throughout the booking all questions were answered very promptly. The flat had all the mod cons you'd want and was spotlessly clean. I am already looking at coming back again in the near future. 5* Service! |

| Comment: | Very very good location, mexican/pizza 24hr Restaurant downstairs for convience. No need for taxis. Apartment clean, spacious and with all facilities you need. Beds were comfortable and bedding also clean and nice. I would reccommend this for groups and families. |

| Comment: | The cooker did not work.There were old shoes in a drawer inthe kitchen. There were odds and ends in drawers inthe kitchen and inadequate crockery .There were only 4 chairs for an apartment for 5 people.The shower was only a tap on the bath and there was no way to stopit leaking .The taxi driver provided tried to charge us 25 euros to take us to the airport in 2 taxis.It is 1 euro on the bus and VERY close to the town.There was noise on the street all night and even up to 0800 drunks were on the street.The internet connection was dodgy .The hall and stairway leading to the apartment wasa dirty and smelt of urine.The lift seeed very shaky and could only take 2 people .We were on the 5 th floor .I would not recommend this to anyone. ------------- Owner's reply: Thank you for your comments; it will help us improve our service. We would like to note that we aren't responsible for discrepancy of our apartments to the representations of our visitors however we would like to clarify some things. Gas stove in the apartment works, but as the oven was broken by previous guests we didn’t had time to fix it until your arrival. About cleanliness: all our apartments are cleaned by the same maid and we are assured of her professionalism. As she couldn’t even imagine that the shoes can be put in the kitchen box, she does not threw them, now of course she will be more attentive. We bring you an apology for this inconvenience. Bath and chairs: the apartment is set by large bath with hand shower and 4 chairs. It can be seen well in photos on the website. Return transfer: We have informed you in advance that the service of return transfer costs 10 € per car. It is up to you to take a bus to the airport (the ticket costs 1.6 €), but you pre-ordered transfer with our driver. Noise on the street: if you need the silence, we advise you to choose an apartment outside of the city center. Internet: If you've had problems with WIFI internet in our apartments, you could inform us and we would fix it immediately. Elevator: old houses in the old city have no other lift, unless their price is twice more expensive. As you didn’t mention any positive aspects, in order to evaluate the apartment objectively, we believe that the comments of other visitors can help make a correct idea of our apartments. | Comment: | If you want a quiet get away then this is not it. On the other hand if you are a young people group then this is the best place for you to stay. we had a more then axelent time in tallin and that just sums it up. i rate it 6 out of 5. |

| Comment: | Appartement très vaste, très propre, très bien équipé et très bien situé. Mais les nuits sont claires à Tallinn et, comme l'appartement est très lumineux, il faudrait obturer avec des rideaux opaques et sombres. De plus, même s'il est placé au 4e étage, on entend beaucoup de bruit, parfois toute la nuit, provenant du resto et de la rue. Dommage. English: Very big, clean, well equipped apartment. Great location. But nights are clear in Tallinn and, being the apartment very clear, there should be darker curtains. Plus, even if it's on the 4th floor, we could here a lot of noise, sometimes all night, coming from the restaurant and the street. It's a pity. |

| Comment: | Sehr schöne und sehr große wohnung in perfekter lage wenn es einem wichtig ist alles schnell und unkompliziert zu erreichen. die wohnung ist mitten in der schönen altstadt 3 min entfernt von supermarkt, kino, oper, rathausplatz, umgeben von bus- und tramstationen und taxiständen, restaurants, take aways und kneipen. im sommer wenn es so warm ist, dass die fenster offen bleiben müssen wird es nachts jedoch schwer werden zur ruhe zu kommen da oft bis morgends um 8 in der altstadt durchgefeiert wird. ansonsten war es im haus aber ruhig und nicht hellhörig. die wohnung war sehr sauber, groß und hell. in der küche gab es leider kaum töpfe und pfannen und nur 2 kleine kochflächen darum konnten wir nur einfache gerichte kochen. die betten sind bequem und es gab jede menge handtücher. die vermieterin war freundlich und zuverlässig. das wohnzimmer ist so gross, gemütlich und mit großem flachbildfernseher ausgestattet dass es an regentagen auch schön ist einfach nur in der wohnung zu bleiben. |

| Comment: | It starts very good first with Vera, the contact and exchanges were very nice, simple and clear. Second it was also fine with the guy who pick us up at the airport, Vlad, very helpfull, efficient and he could also speak french (amazing) We were very happy with first the localization and second with the size of the apartment, all the rooms were very big, espacially the living room what is very much to appreciate in this country (My wife is Estonian) where usually the apartment don't have so much space. Sure the street can seem a little bit noisy the first night, but the apartment is on the 4th floor (with elevator) and I was not disturb about it, my family also. So I recomanded this apartement. Have a nice day there ! |

| Comment: | Me, my two sisters and one brother really enjoyed our stay in this apartement. The livingroom was really big, and it was a nice place for us to hang out in the afternoon. The bedrooms were perfect for our needs. It was two big bedrooms. The bathroom was also big and nice. The apartement was clean, bright and we had everything we needed. I will defintately recommand this to everybody I know going to Tallinn. The Olde Hansa and the square were 1 minute away, all bar`s, discos was also right in the nearby. 5 minutes to walk from the shoppingmall! In last, the service from Veera, and the service for the guy who picked us up at the airport was very very good. THIS WAS MUCH BETTER THAN STAYING AT A HOTEL! |

We especially enjoyed the view from the window to the square - great for watching people. Very clean appartment, nice shuttle service. Downside: white blinds let in a lot of light. |
