| Comment: | Consiglio a tutti quelli che vogliono visitare Praga di stare in questo appartamento. E' accogliente, grande, in centrissimo (a soli 100 metri da San Venceslao. Ci siamo trovati molto bene e il proprietario è davvero molto disponibile. L'appartamento è completo di tutto, non manca niente. |

The apartment was warm and cosy,very close to the center.The kitchen was a very big plus for us as it had all the things we needed to cook. | Comment: | We were not aware (maybe our fault??) that there were three flights of stairs to climb in order to get to the apartment. Cleanliness was just adequate but the amount of space available was great. It was a very big apartment. The ambiance was very "old" and surprising for an apartment for rent in 2008. The location was, of course, very convenient even though the "quartier" was certainly not the best. |

| Comment: | Très bon accueil de Mirek qui a pris le temps de nous expliquer les principales choses lorsque l'on arrive dans une ville inconnue (restaurants, bars, transports, lieux à visiter, ...), et cela malgré notre arrivée à une heure tardive. L'appartement est très bien situé, a quelque minutes à pied du centre ville et des principaux monuments ! Rapport qualité prix, cet appartement est vraiment le top pour un week end à Prague entre amis (il peut accueillir jusqu'à 6 personnes) ; je vous le recommande vivement pour son emplacement, sa capacité d'accueil et pour l'accueil de Mirek. | Comment: | I can advise you this flat...the owner was very expansive, explaining us everything about the city and the places where to go; even he came with us to change money and leave the car in the near parking. The flat is 10 minutes walking from the Clock Tower, there is metro, markets and whatever you need.. ..next time I go to Prague I'll take this flat again :) --------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Felicissimo di aver preso questo appartamento. Ci è costato pochissimo, è in pieno centro, c'è tutto vicinissimo. | Comment: | Siamo appena stati per una settimana in cinque, la sistemazione ottima sia per l'appartamento (molto grande e la descrizione e le foto del sito corrispondono alla realt) che per la posizione (50 metri da Piazza Venceslao - Muzeum - di fronte stazione Polizia), propietario Mirek molto gentile e disponibile, consiglio sicuramente l'appartamento. | Comment: | We stayed for 6 nights in Krakovska 3 and everything was great! Mr. Mirek is great, very helpful and communication was very easy. The location of the apartment is great (right next to the Wenceslas Square) and it has everything needed for a pleasant stay. The only negative things: there's only one bathroom and one shower for up to 6 people and no elevator (the apartment is on the 3rd floor) but those are minor details that are not so important. The place offers an excellent ratio of price/quality and is highly recommended for a great stay in Prague! |

| Comment: | Posso solo confermare quanto detto dagli altri. L'appartamento é molto grande, in una posizione perfetta, molto luminoso (molte finestre) e anche se i mobili non sono nuovi, é solo un'aggiunta all'esperienza. Sono stato spesso a Praga ma non ho mai trovato nulla di simile a questo prezzo. Lo raccomando al 100%! |
